Ria Patag is an 18-year-old entrepreneur, podcast host, and fitness influencer. With her extensive weightlifting and nutrition experience, she focuses on content creation to help others learn about fitness. She founded an activewear brand called Bolt Active. Bolt’s unapologetic and bold branding aims to help young women feel represented and welcome in the fitness space, particularly in a male-dominated industry. We discuss ways to increase motivation to exercise, particularly since many lost motivation during the pandemic, her decision to be an entrepreneur, and intersection between ethnicity x gender.
